What people usually ask before getting started
How does a project with Quaxam start?
With a 30-minute meeting, free of charge and with no commitment. We listen to your challenge, tell you honestly whether we can help, and map the first step: an advisory engagement, a prototype or a complete system.
Do you work with organizations outside Colombia?
Yes. We work remotely with clients across Latin America and other regions, in Spanish and English. Engineering, communication and support work just as well at a distance.
Do you only serve large companies?
No. We design systems for entrepreneurs, SMBs, large enterprises, universities and public institutions. Scope and investment are sized to fit each organization.
Do you sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)?
Yes, it's our standard practice. Much of our work is done under non-disclosure agreements; your information and your data are treated with strict confidentiality from the very first conversation.
How do you quote a project?
First we understand the challenge and define the scope; then you receive a proposal with clear deliverables, timelines and investment before we build. No surprises: the budget is agreed before the first line of code is written.
